At Hemlock & Main, we help community builders maximize impact.
Cofounders Matthew and Cassidy met at a local non-profit gala, where a shared conversation revealed a common commitment to strong, thriving communities. We quickly recognized that we held the same belief: effective organizations and strong partnerships are essential in meaningful results, and meaningful results support communities where people can thrive.
That conversation turned into many, where collaboration and idea-sharing evolved into a vision: an advisory team dedicated to supporting organizations with a desire to have an impact. Rooted in strong community values, Hemlock & Main was born.
We founded Hemlock & Main to provide strategic partnership to mission-driven organizations that are working to contribute to and strengthen their communities. We know the strongest communities have a network of small and growing businesses, non-profits serving their neighbors, and dedicated local governments that come together to build a foundation for long-term success.
We support these community builders through collaboration and partnership, tailored to individual needs to support meaningful and achievable progress. Through communications & branding, talent strategy, strategic planning, and operational and organizational management, Hemlock & Main works side by side with your team to turn vision into action, accelerate impact, and move forward with confidence.
